The school is led by its founders, Sir Art Tangal as President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and his wife, Maam Aida Tangal , as Vice-President and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees. A School Board was created to assist Sir Art and Maam Aida in running the affairs of the school. All members of the School Board are parents of students of the school.

FACILITIES
The School is presently using a rented a facility in Tres Borces Street, Mabolo, Cebu City, Philippines for its academic instructions with fully airconditioned classrooms. It has computers duly connected online to the Internet for students to use for research and computer lessons. Physical education activities are generally held in nearby Cebu City Sports Club or Mabolo Sports Complex; other P.E. activities are held outside the school premises like badminton, basketball, bowling, karatedo, etc. As part of its long-term Development Plans, it dreams to acquire its own property to house the School .
